What To Expect

Whether you are familiar with Snodgrass Funeral Home or this is your first time facing a death - this is what you can expect -

  • When you or the health care provider notifies us we will bring the deceased to our funeral home.
  • We will then schedule a time convienent with the family to meet and plan the service ( if this has not already been done through pre-arrangements ).
  • One step that is common to every service is the need to record the vital statistics for the death certificate.  Other than this one step, everything else can be as unique and personalized as you want.
  • We currently offer 17 Arrangement Packages.  Some include embalming, some do not.  Some are based on burial or entombment, others are designed for cremation.  The packages are our way to simplify pricing and give you a starting point to planning a service to honor the life of your loved one.
  • Creating a meaningful, appropriate service can be a rewarding, healing experience - a chance to express what this life has meant to you and the people you love.  Think of all the things we should remember about the person - the work and play, the interest and talents, and above all, the people who were part of it.  This service is a chance to celebrate those things with the people who matter most.  A truly personal service is a way for friends and family to ease their loss as they share their thoughts and memories.

At Snodgrass Funeral Home  "Honoring Life"  isn't a slogan - it's our commitment to every family we serve.
