L.J. Fairless – Owner
Fourth generation owner, Lyle John “L.J.” Fairless is a lifelong resident of South Charleston.  He began working full time in the family business in 1987 and became president of Snodgrass in 1993. Keith A. Roberts – Licensed Funeral Director / L.I.C.
A Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, Keith joined Snodgrass after working at funeral homes in St. Albans, Teays Valley, and managing a funeral home in Cross Lanes.  Raised in Lincoln County, Keith resides in Hurricane with his wife and two children.  Keith is also licensed to assist people with pre-planning their services.  You may e-mail Keith directly at kar@snodgrassfuneral.com .

James “Jim” Wolfinbarger - Licensed Funeral Director
A graduate of Beckley Mortuary Science, Jim has been a part of the funeral service profession since 1974.  Jim has worked with Snodgrass Funeral Home as a funeral director and embalmer since 1999. He is retired from the military with 25 years service in the U.S. Army Reserves with the rank SFC, and is active in the Beni Kedem Shrine.
 
John C. McDowell
A native of St. Albans, John has 26 years’ experience in the pre-need funeral and cemetery profession. He served as a consumer advocate while in the State Attorney General’s Office and as the executive secretary for the Board of Funeral Service Examiners. John manages the Snodgrass pre-planning program, as well as making many educational seminar and presentations for consumers.
